TENNIS AT HOME!!
I’m happy to have put together this 5 Day training regimen that can be done with a minimal amount of space. I believe the course will help improve your tennis game. The course is targeted toward “goal-oriented” singles players but will benefit anyone.
This 5 – Day course covers all 7 essential strokes, key singles point patterns, doubles serve & volley tips and also includes a daily fitness routine. All you will need is a tennis racquet, tennis ball, jump rope, foam ball and a long sock.
